The way our horse finding service works.

 

1. We arrange a phone conversation with our client to discuss their criteria at length. We also welcome the opportunity to discuss requirements with Trainer/Trainers to help develop a full understanding of what our client is looking for. It can also be advisable for our new customers, that photos and videos of them riding are provided to ensure we find exactly what our client is looking for.     

 

2. We now get to work, finding a selection of horses from our trusted contacts which best fit our clients criteria. We will provide pictures and videos of what we find and when our client is happy that we are finding horses that 'tick their boxes'  we then arrange suitable dates for our clients to make their shopping trip. We can also help and advise were to book accommodation if required.

 

3. Once our client arrives with us, we travel to view all the selected horses. (If your lucky this can include some additional ones). Once a selection is made we can help arrange vetting and transport around the UK, Europe, the USA or further afield. 

 

The majority of our clients fly to Newquey airport but driving to Cornwall isn't that bad.  We are happy to pick clients up from the airport or clients can hire a car if preferred. We make sure the whole process of buying your next horse is as simple and as stress free as possible.

 

For our services we charge 12.5% commission to the purchaser (minimum fee £1000) - this means we work directly for the client and they are safe in the knowledge that their best interests are at heart. Some agents gain their commission from the vendor, but the purchaser would still be paying - it would just be added on to the horses asking price. It is much more transparent if clients know how much they are paying for our services; which consist of finding a superior horse.  We also usually ask, as a goodwill gesture, for a deposit of £300 when instructing us to commence a search which is fully refundable when a horse is purchased.
